Surgical Visits
It is our pleasure to serve you at our outpatient facility. We strive to provide superb surgical services in a state-of-the-art facility that has been designed for and operates with your care, comfort and positive outcome as our most important goal.
Upon scheduling, you will receive a packet of information that is very important for you to follow. Our staff will be contacting you on the day prior to your surgical procedure to go over the time of your arrival and details concerning instructions you need to follow prior to your arrival at our facility.We can also address any questions or concerns you may have at that time. Please note that Monday patients will be called on the Friday prior. If you will not be available at this time, please call us so we can give you the information you need at your convenience.
We ask that you try to arrive promptly for your appointment. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your surgery for any reason. Depending on your type of surgery, you will be spending a minimum of two hours at our center.
Payment & Insurance
We expect payment at the time of service if we do not participate with your insurance carrier. If we participate with your insurance carrier, we will bill you for the service, file your claim, and the carrier will reimburse our facility directly. All copays should be paid at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, MAC or credit cards. If your insurance considers a service as non-covered, the payment will also be collected from you at time of service. Any billing questions should be directed to the billing department of the facility.
